Brexit – for when you go out drinking, then when you wake up, the financial system is in chaos, the country has fallen apart, the PM has resigned, and so on! 😉
Well its not quite the same, but I can see a point! Personally I’m in favour of internationalism, even globalisation, nationalism is the enemy of all, but I guess one has to settle for democracy over all. 🙂
Yeah, I know it is not exactly the same thing, but it is fun to think of it this way.
National thinking, I believe, will get stronger, as the world gets more complex. At the same time, people who want to share and make a difference, will reach out to each other across boundaries
Your paintings are so strange (and I mean that in a good way) and I love the repetition with differences element. Bad news about Brexit as you know I was heavily involved in the campaign to remain. Was gutted by the result will be writing about it in my blog tomorrow morning.
Ah good, I look forward to reading that tomorrow, I really really wish it hadn’t turned out as it did, its the Farage factor thats done it, he is a very wily and devious man, he’s drawn out the psycho in the English, its so unfair, because half of us are not crazy, at least, 48% isn’t bad! x
